In a large bowl, combine the calamari, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the calamari is well coated.
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the calamari onto skewers, making sure to leave a bit of space between each piece.
Grill the calamari for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are cooked through and lightly charred.
Remove the calamari from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top of the calamari and serve immediately.
