 1 lb Squid, cleaned and cut into rings
 ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
 ½ cup Cornstarch
 1 tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 ½ tsp Dried Oregano
 ½ tsp Dried Thyme
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 ½ tsp Onion Powder
 1 cup Water
 1 cup Olive Oil
 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add the water and stir until the flour mixture is smooth and forms a thick batter.

Add the squid to the batter and mix well until the squid is well coated.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Carefully add the battered squid to the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, until the squid is crispy and golden brown.
